EMERGENCE XL'S ALLIANCE PROJECT
The Alliance project aims to put in place a strategy for identifying, engaging and integrating young people unknown to the local employment system and lacking a network, to guide them into the ISP (socio-professional Integration) system.
TARGET AUDIENCE
Young people under the age of 25 who have left the education system without qualifications or diplomas and have recurrent problems in accessing sustainable employment.
OBJECTIVES
The integration of young people into the integration circuit through:
-
registration with Actiris,
-
a training course leading to a qualification,
-
resumption of studies,
-
or any other action leading to employment.
OUR ALLIANCE METHOD
Alliance aims at the socio-professional integration of young people into the labour market. To achieve this, Emergence XL uses sports as a tool for intervention, engagement and integration by creating a trusting relationship between young people and the A.S.B.L. The project foresees a reinforced accompaniment by mobilising a unique advisor and by using sports as a pedagogical tool.
Indeed, practising sports mobilises a series of qualities, skills and values that are also necessary for any social interaction situation (discipline, confidence, self-control, tolerance, respect for others, etc.), and is a powerful tool for education and integration.
Alliance provides an educational programme that develops social, civic and interpersonal skills that are transferable to everyday life and work.
Young people who enrol in this programme will find an adult who is willing to listen to them and establish a trustworthy relationship. They can benefit from:
-
socio-professional support and follow-up,
-
individual coaching through physical activity and sport,
-
training in ISP services.
