My journey in teaching Iyengar yoga

Thanks to my different approaches to the body in movement (circus techniques/dance/tai chi/acrobatics/acro yoga/Veronica Sherborne/contact dance, etc.), my physical and professional experience allows me to have a rather personalised approach to Iyengar yoga. The one I feel, and the one I want to share with different types of audiences (of different levels, different backgrounds, different physical and mental conditions, different cultures, etc.). Yoga is also a tool for personal development.

ACROYOGA

AcroYoga is a new discipline in full development. AcroYoga combines the wisdom of yoga, the dynamics of acrobatics and the arts of wellness. The elements that underpin the practice of AcroYoga cultivate trust, play and community. Being present in the moment and balancing with a partner is the essence of AcroYoga.
